So, the Yankees win their first game at the new stadium, on the strength of 5 home runs,,, all with no one on Base,,, and the winner by Jeter ,,, and Can we please stop this insane tracking of everything FIRST...... 1st Home run,, 1st Stolen Base, 1st Win,, 1st time the 3rd stall from the right in the men's room on the 2nd Mezzanine has been flushed ! OMG,,enough,, I declare it over today.

Hey,,, we have tickets to the Game tomorrow,, hopefully the rain gods will hold off till later in the afternoon,,, Back to being a Bleacher Creature,,,
and YES that was a "make up" call on the last batter in the ninth inning,,, Mariano had him struck out on the 2-2 pitch,,, and the Umpire missed it ! he then "made-up" for missing it by callin the guy out on the 3-2 pitch that was high and maybe even outside,,, however,,, that said,,, Mariano is headed to Cooperstown,,,and you Mr Mark DeRosa are headed back to the Bench !! Might want to swing at a pitch next time...
