 The Senator from the State of South Carolina said that if trump is indicted  there will be "Riots in the Streets" ,,, There are words that no Senator - let me repeat that - NO Senator - ever  Ever has spoken,... Threatening violence of this nature.  I can't make this up.....

The FPOTUS said on his Truth Social Account (yea this guy would not know the truth if it bit him in the ass) "Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 Election irreparably compromised and have a new Election, immediately!”

A new election ?  - Exactly where is our Constitutional  process is this ?

Republican candidates are softening their views on Abortion - now not to include all women- But they are understanding that most/all women (and men) do not agree that Rape/Incest/children and  Victims of crimes  and thing that threatens the health of the mother should be forced to carry a baby to term under those conditions....   so while this is a good thing,,, I am hopeful that they actually feel that way - and not just to get vote.... 

What if we were using all the Energy from BOTH Parties, the FBI, DOJ, the Senate , the Hous eof Representatives,  all the justice systems in all the states to Work on Solutions for the REAL issues in the Country - and not the time, energy, money wasted in the Lies about the election, the Capitol Riot and insurrection, and the follow on investigations, and the Document issue with the FPOTUS -  what then ???  Are you - that support the FPOTUS  and his racist, Fascism regime tired of all of this - tired of defending every aspect of it ??  Are you  ?

In a new lawsuit, former President Donald Trump has filed a motion asking that a special master be named to review the documents seized by the FBI at his Mar-a-Lago residence earlier this month. He has also asked the court to block the Justice Department from further reviewing the material until that happens.

SO - Last night we watched Ken Burns - Benjamin Franklin - 2 episodes,,, 4 hours.. Outstanding - as all Ken Burns work is....   I highly recommend it...I actually have to go back and see Episode 1...

There are those today that ridiculously point to the Declaration of Independence to say that this nation was founded on Christian beliefs... even though there are many Quotes by those men to say other wise.

Jefferson referred to the claim that he wished “government without religion” 

John Adams - “As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion"......

James Madison'-   “Religion and government will both exist in greater purity the less they are mixed together."

So there's that - 

back to the Franklin documentary   - Jefferson wrote the Declaration in the attic of the home he was staying in in Philadelphia and sent the draft to Franking to review it.... Franklin made few changes to the Jefferson Document - even though Jefferson thought that John Adams should have been writing it.... 

one of the changes he made was this - Jefferson wrote  "we hold these truths to be Sacred and Undeniable"

Franklin edited that because he did not want a religious reference - taking SACRED as that reference..

and as we are all aware - the Phrase "Self-Evident" took it's place in the final document.

Even Franklin and Jefferson knew better that to tie Religion to Govenment.

 While I did not think it was possible to lose a 15 game lead in the AL east - I am now wondering when it happen.   

At the all Star break the Yankees held the best record in baseball.... now they are  8 games ahead of Toronto,,,, 3.5 back of Houston for the best AL record and WAY back of Dodgers for the Best in MLB..

They have like a 5 - 12 record  in August,,, and have been shut out 5 times, and 8 times have scored less than 2 runs..... Now this has to end... or it will be the biggest collapse in franchise history...

And if you are thinking that the schedule will get easier,, and they can go back to beating up bad teams .. or teams that have nothing to play for - think again !

 I see that there are always suggestions to improve things in you WEB Browser -or your Email...  Buy - I found ONE that actually worked....

I set up a mail filter in GMAIL that directs Email that is not from an actual person to a different Label (folder) so that I can easily delete it - or you can just delete it ...

You set up the mail filter to look for the word - "Unsubscribe" - not quotation marks...  and then send it to what ever Label/Folder you wish - so that all that crap that comes to your in box form companies it filtered out -because for what ever reason they all include that word (unsubscribe ) in their email somewhere ,....and WHOOSH - Your G-Mail inbox is only for email mails that come  from an Actual person !!

Another 4 year term for Trump is the End of the Democracy....  Him running for the Office and losing again might bring the same result...  cause really  - you think he will admit defeat the next time ?? He will then need to summon his supporters in  a way similar to the last time,,,, only then, I think it will be much more serious, and result in a battle like we have never seen....

The same people that were screaming about the Left talking about defunding the police,, are now calling to dissolve  the FBI. That the DOJ is corrupt,, that "They" will be coming for YOU .... If they can do it to a former President,, then they can do it to you....  A senator calling for the repeal of the Espionage Act ,, why- because the person he supports violated it ! that's why...

Now you hear that the Congress should have oversight on these things, but they did not want to participate in the oversight of the January 6th riot...  

They screamed about people protesting the Supreme Courts ROE decision at and around the homes of the Justices, But sit silence when ARMED people show up at the FBI offices. and they fucking publish the Names of the Agents and the Judge that signed the Search Warrant.. and their phones,,, and their addresses. and identify their spouses and children.... WHY ?? Exactly WHY...

 After the FBI served a search warrant on the residence of the Former POTUS. and  Found - as they knew they would because someone tipped them off to the fact that he was still keeping Top Secret classified documents at Mar-a-logo..  This was after they - The DOJ - met with and discussed the return of all the documents  that were taken from the Whitehouse (in violation of the Records and Espionage act) and the former POTUS swore in a signed statement months ago that these records no longer existed at his residence - but still they were there.... WHY is the bigger question....

 let me ask you - after all that has gone on - all the Incitements of his administration,, the evidence of the planned COUP , the Insurrection at the Capital,, and now this clear breach of the Law .. IS there a point that you - If you are are a supporter of the Former POTUS - question that ....  DO you / Are you thinking ,,, man if this is even 1/2 true ,,, 1/2 true ,,,, you are thinking WTF ???  even if you would not say it out loud,, or admit it openly - and if you are not questioning yourself -  Ask  yourself ,,, at what point do I start to think that my support is being totally misplaced. and remember that doe snot mean you LOVE Joe Biden,, you love the democrat agenda... 2) Things are so F'ed up that FOX entertainment showed a Clearly Photoshopped pix of the Judge that signed the FBI Search Warrant - with Gisselle Epstein on a plane...  and built a story around that photo = and then when it was pointed  out to them that it was a doctored photo  - the actual picture was Giselle and her Husband Jeffery - Their explanation was not of - a Retraction ,,  not of apologies to their audience for airing the story and the photo - OH no - they said - IT WAS A JOKE !   I'll tell you who and what is a JOKE - is FOX  !!

John and Wells would change places with John playing the drums, and Wells on lead guitar,,, he did a song BUM...   and others,, 

Wells died in 1984,,, drugs and alcohol consumed his life... Larry Hoppen died in 2012 - took his own life...  Lance Continues to play and produce music , mostly in Nashville,,,  John Hall was a congressman from NY for a term, but went back to music, recently releasing the album Reclaiming my Time in 2021.

- So the Urine soaked Cheeto man - who led rallies that chanted "Lock her up " referring to Hillary,,was so concerned with the Retention of Presidential records - that he signed a law the increased the penalty for  that crime from 1 year to 5 years and made it a FELONY !!!  yup - he did that.

- The calls for violence are totally insane - attacking FBI agents ?? Violence agains the Judge that signed the Search Warrant ?? against his family ? Calling for the Beheading of a Congressman, his wife and his children??  Is this who you support ???  

- Calling for the end of the FBI  ?? For the end of Homeland Security ??  I cannot give time to the Assholes that are calling for these things .... I don' think they understand what those organizations do...  and how is this different from the Defund the police ... that they were all against,, (rightly so).

- You do know that Dump could make public (like he did that the Search warrant was executed) .. the Actual search Warrant - that would describe in some general level of detail what the FBI was looking for. and then the Receipt part - which would describe in a general way , what was taken. 

- I got a kick out of FOX entertainment people that were crazed over the FBI having AR15's with them during the serving of the Warrant...  so it's ok for children (18 year olds) to have as many as they like,,, but we draw the line at the FBI Agents carrying them- get the F out  !

OR would that change their narrative? 

#5 - Yes - this in unprecedented - as Dump is Presidential. 

#6 - Listen to what the THEY are saying,.... do you hear anyone saying that they found nothing ??  That they removed nothing ??  That there were no records in Dumps possession that should have never been removed from the White House. and then after further discussion should have been RETURNED, - noooooooo  they are attacking the FBI - the ones that and I would 100% bet had their eyes dotted and Tees crossed (Hannity said it ASS backwards - as he is an  a$$) That they swore out this warrant - as to be very specific - as to be working with the National Archives - where all presidential records need to go, that they then convinced a Federal Judge that there was evidence of a Crime, and that they then took the evidence of that crime from the residence..  That they were 100000% sure of what they were doing,, and I wonder who it is on the "Inside" as they say that is giving the FBI information... ??? hummmmm

#7 - As far as Hillary's emails,,, the FBI and DOJ investigated those claims, and found - yes there were documents on a personal server, but they declined to prosecute, and oh BTW - Hillary Testified on those emails and the Bengazy tragedy for over 10 hours before an over-sight committee... and not once did she invoke the 5th amendment.

And I get a big laugh out of Congressmen saying that they want a Complete Congressional review of this,,, when they were and are the ones that are blocking the January 6th committee - that are doing a complete review of that !!

The Senate voted Tuesday night to pass a long-sought bipartisan legislation to expand health care benefits for millions of veterans exposed to toxic burn pits during their military service, sending the bill to President Joe Biden to sign into law. The final vote was 86-11.

Passage of the bill marks the end of a lengthy fight to get the legislation through Congress, as veterans and their advocates had been demonstrating on Capitol Hill for days. Many veterans were allowed into the Senate gallery to watch the final vote on Tuesday evening.

You must be aware of what went on around the passage of this bill...  a Bill that 1st passed the Senate a few months back I think the vote was 84 - 14 ....  And then it had to be sent back to the House for some wording changes, and when it returned to the Senate many of the GOP senators that votes to pass the bill - last week voted against it.  Saying that the Democrats had added $400 Billion dollars to the bill in kinda a slush fund / Pork as they say - totally unrelated to the Act that is intended to help Veterans and their families that are affected by what they call "Toxic Burn pits" - that date back to the Vietnam era thru the wars in the mid east. 

SO - as I say.... 

if you are a Right Wing conservative / Republican ... let me ask you this...... and it's only one answer.

A) pissed that The GOP senators that were high five-ing and fist bumping as they celebrated the Bills defeat last week, LIED TO YOU.   LIED TO YOUR FACE - that there was no added money, NO PORK added to the bill..   That they Simply LIED about it.  And you then defended them.... so you look like an Asshole.

B) You are Pissed today that they passed the Bill - With the (well not really) $400 Billion slush fund attached.
