Stop - just stop

 I do not think that states should be stopping Trump from being on the Ballot - now - all of these cases are Primary Ballots - Not for the general election.... but it may carry over to that.

#1 - IT's going to the Supreme court and they are very very likely to overturn these rulings,,, even thought they are all up in States rights when it comes to Abortion. 

#2 - don;t you think that the next thing you are going to hear is that a RED STATE - will attempt and maybe succeed in removing Biden from it's ballot - a total waste  of time and effort.. Let Biden beat Trump straight up -  It ain't gonna matter -as the Maggats are going to scream "rigged election" for the next how long ever .... as the have been ..... 

Let's move on to Nikki Haley - what a Dumb ass. What was she thinking - a soft toss question about the Civil War - and Jesus - she did a swing and miss.....   Ms. Haley was the damn  Governor of South Carolina from 2011 to 2017 - South Carolina - .... Let's see in the Civil war what state seceded from the union 1st ?? hummm - South Carolina -   and in those articles of Secession - what did they state... 

It asserts that the government of the United States and of states within that government had failed to uphold their obligations to South Carolina. The specific issue stated was the refusal of some states to enforce the Fugitive Slave Act and clauses in the U.S. Constitution protecting slavery and the federal government's perceived role in attempting to abolish slavery.  SLAVERY SLAVERY SLAVERY = jsut fucking say it - You can lead with "States right s" - but the RIGHT that they wanted to preserve was...............  wait for it.....

Colorado and RUDY

 Hold the Phone - When Roe .v Wade was overturned by the Supreme court - the GOP was crowing about that it was a decision that returned the issue for the states to decide - and that was the right way to go...

now - in Colorado - the court has " disqualified President Trump from seeking the presidency."  More specifically, they asserted that he was ineligible under Section Three because he engaged in insurrection on January 6, 2021, after swearing an oath as President to support the U.S. Constitution." 

Now this will end up in the US Supreme Court  (where the GOP has judges that have been bought and paid for - Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Coney Barrett ) 

However; it's still  fun to hear the GOP howlers say now  that that their lord and savior the  "Mango Mussolini" was barred from  the Ballot in Colorado by that states Supreme court - suddenly the GOP says that a STATES Right to decide is  NO good ! OH  - and all the ones that were touting that Women who  live in states where their rights were taken away could "move to another state" - well IF you are a resident of Colorado and wish to vote for your Orange Jesus - then "move to another state" .  and all y'all saying you will just write his name in  - The court has got you covered in part of that ruling..... "the Secretary may not list President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, nor may she count any write-in votes cast for him" Yahtzee !

Let's move to Rudy Guiliani - found guilty of Libel against 2 election workers in Georgia - that resulted in them (these are volunteers) receiving death threats on them and their families - they having to leave their homes , and get security protection because of this....   He was found Libel and ordered to pay $148 Million dollars....  as he was leaving the fucking court room - he essentially doubled down - that everything he said was true-   and that he had the evidence to prove it - although his legal team produced NO such evidence at trial and he did not testify in that case,  SO - and correctly SO - the 2 ladies that he defamed sued him again !! HA !  And the Judge in the case ruled that the election workers could begin immediately to seize - get liens on Rudy's assets -   as the judge thought it possible that he would attempt to circumvent the process by hiding his  current assets - and like an early Christmas present - the next day - RUDY DECLARED BANKRUPtCY ! The former New York City mayor listed nearly $153 million in existing or potential debts, including almost $1 million in state and federal tax liabilities, money he owes lawyers, and many millions of dollars in potential judgments in lawsuits against him. He estimated he had assets worth $1 million to $10 million.

Are you wondering what happened to "America's Mayor" ? one word happened  - TRUMP

and let me circle back to the Colorado court....   The Right has now decided that judicial matters should not be decided by "unelected" Justices...  SAY WHAT !! ??  “We need elections that we can trust, that we can believe in,” GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said Tuesday at a campaign event in Mason City, Iowa. “That means yes, unelected judges are not going to decide willy-nilly across the state who ends up on a ballot and who doesn’t.”  GOP Rep. Mike Waltz of Florida also criticized the “unelected judges” for issuing a “garbage” ruling in a social media post Wednesday. Missouri Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe similarly said “unelected liberal judges” shouldn’t determine who can be president.  OK- so let's look at Colorado..   in Colorado, supreme court justices are initially appointed by governors but then have to face the voters by running in statewide retention elections. Colorado voters previously chose to keep all four justices who were in the 4-3 majority that ruled against Trump. WHOOPS !!!!!!

AND - Let we forget - the Justices that sit on the Supreme court of the United States are ?????

What political candidate for any party could be indicted on 91 Felonies across several jurisdictions - and still be a Candidate for President ???  Clinton ??? Obama ???  I don;t think so ..

As recently as yesterday in a speech in New Hampshire - that candidate said that undocumented immigrants were "poisoning the blood of our country," repeating language that has previously drawn criticism as xenophobic and echoing of Nazi rhetoric. yea - that. My Grandparents were immigrants to the US - ok - not undocumented - but still immigrants. 

The followers to his cult send him - a Billionaire - money for his legal defense. The bought Cards with a Cartoon likenes of him in Revolutionary Garb, and riding a Velociraptor. He is Selling pieces of the suit he wore for his mug shot  when he was arrested in Georgia.  yea - but it's not a cult.

His disciples  claim that the economy was the best under his presidency.  Bill Clinton had what 99% of economists would say was the overall Best Economy - however; Kennedy had the best GDP growth,  Job growth - Clinton, Job market fro employment - Obama, income - Clinton ,  Stock Market - Clinton, Consumer spending Clinton and Reagan virtually tied, GDP  - CLinton - ok- you get the idea,,, in no way was that former POTUS ever the best in economy....

He supports the Military - by calling John McCain (a Senator he had political differences with ) a LOSER because he was a prison of war. Refused to go to a Cemetery near Normandy where American soldiers were buried because 1st - the Helicopter could not fly....  then when that was found to be false -  then the  Secret Service would not take him -   and he said - that 4 witnessess heard - and he does not travel with democrats so these were GOP folks - that why would he go there - as they werre "losers and Suckers" and it was raining & windy  and he did not want to mess up his hair- now thats what I call respect for the military.

Let me end with this - I get that you do not agree with President Biden - that the policies that the Democrats have and have enacted  are not your favorite - but I believe that is NOT a reason to vote for Trump - everyone citizen has the right and I believe the responsibility  to VOTE -  however - vote for some other candidate - not trump not Biden - pick another one - an Independent - just don't do something that you will regret not so many years from - when we don;t get to vote again - when the USA ceases to exist - when Trump and the Criminal enterprise he has around him run this country into the state of non - existence....

The stated agenda that the GOP front runner has stated is to Weaponize the department of Justice- thats the Attorney General, the FBI, the CIA, and the use of the Military to get retribution agains the so called Enemies of Donald Trump - at a WACO rally in March - he said  "I am your warrior, I am your justice, For those who have been wronged and betrayed … I am your retribution."

 He told supporters last week he would direct the Justice Department (DOJ) to investigate “every Marxist prosecutor in America.” Those are the ones that do not support his vision and vow to support him .  And Trump over the weekend vowed to “root out … the radical-left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country.”  

Trump said  "I will get rid of the 'communist' 'vermin'," "I will take care of the 'threat from within'," "Migrants are 'poisoning the blood of our country'", and "'One people, one family, one glorious nation."

Hitler said - "I will get rid of the communist vermin, I will take care of the ememy within" and said that "Jews and Migrants are poisoning Aryan blood, and we need One people - One Realm, One Leader"

The language is unmistakable - go ahead  go look it up for your self,,,  and while he - Trump is laser focued on the Justice department - and taking over the Judicial system.. He will have appointed Cabinet members that think like him and have kissed his ring - oh and his ass.  And then following the Trump doctrine and dismantling the Constitution,

Doing away with and/or ignoring the 14th amendment is also on their list. ... that is that anyone born on US soil - is a citizen of the United States and those born under the US Flag are not to be deprived of the Rights of Life Liberty , and the Pursuit of Happiness by a State or Federal Government.. 

And he has floated the Idea of running for a 3rd , 4th term - although recently denied that he would do so....

A Trump reelection will be the end of the Democratic Republic that we know as the United States of America.  

Think long and hard about voting next year, although it will come down to the same "swing"  states - Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin.   

BUT - VOTE -  your vote might be the vote that saves the USA from Trump.

In November of 2024 we will have a choice - a vote in the Presidential election.

the Project labels LGBTQ community as pornographic in it's existence - so that memebrs of that community can be jailed for being alive. And that any art - can be described as Porn - aka - Michaelangelos's David ....  and the displayer charged under that "new" law... 

It plans to revamp the veterans administration - changing disability ratings for future claimants to save money, transitioning essential healthcare for veterans to private, for-profit corporations, and removing the VA’s leadership, replacing them with political appointees to serve an agenda. 

Another point of it's agenda is to have the   government to stop regulating nuclear power, toxic waste, workplace safety, food safety, pharmaceuticals, air pollution, child labor laws, or any essential activities keeping people safe. And dismantle clean water, air, and energy safeguards. Chapter 18 seeks to limit workplace protections enforced by the Department of Labor. 

another is to vastly limit immigration from what they determine as "objectionable" countries - and you can read that as a BAN on immigration - like wha the Dump administration tried to do to Muslim countries and was declared unconstitutional .

Anyone can nominate a person to serve as Speaker of the house. and no the speaker does not have to be a member of the House of Representatives 

The Republicans are in the Majority - I believe that they have a 4 vote margin. 

In this case the Majority party can and usually does elect the Speaker from their party,, 

Once - way back in the 34th Congress the speaker was not from the Majority party. 

Took Kevin McCarthy 15 votes to get to the 217 votes needed to win,, in that process he 

made lots of deals to get votes from his own party. One of the concessions is that any one member could call for the Chair (Speaker) to be vacated (removed) and a floor vote would follow - the so called Freedom caucus wanted this so IF McCarthy worked with the Democrats on something they the freedom caucus did not like they could vote to remove him . That is exactly what happened when Matt Gates made the motion to remove him on September 12th - a floor vote followed - where all the Democrats voted for removal ( what the hell did the GOP think they were going to do  ?? vote for a Republican ?? )  and 9 Republicans voted for removal also - so that the Seat was Vacated - McCarthy Fired. and now we are in the midst of electing a new Speaker ... there have been 2 votes so far - with no one getting the required 217 - Hakem Jefferies the Democrat has received 212 - Jim Jordan in vote one had 20 Republicans vote against him  and that grew by 2 on the 2nd ballot . 

Jim Jordan- man accused of not taking actions when he knew athletes were being Sexually assaulted at Ohio State University, Jim Jordan who is an election denier, Jordan who openly disregarded a Subpoena from the House Committee on January 6th investigation, in 16 years he has never had a bill voted into law - he has never even been a sponsor of a Bill voted into law - 16 years of Nothing. 

Now the narrative from the GOP is that this is the Democrats fault ! What Jerks - they (the GOP) hold the Majority in the HOUSE.  If Gates asked for removal and GOP all voted to keep Mc Carthy - then today would NOT be happening. IF they could get 4 more to vote for ANY member of their own party - Today would not be happening. This is typical rhetoric for the GOP - EVERYTHING , everything - is someone else's fault. This started with the BIG LIE from the Urine Soaked Cheeto man and continues today.  

yesterday - Jim Jordan's name was removed from contention to be the Speaker - and IMHO - could not have happened to a nicer guy.....  maybe we have pulled back from the edge of the abyss....  So,  now - what ?? As we sit here on Friday - there is nothing that is happening over the weekend - even though we do not have a functioning Legislative part of the Government. They - the Republicans -  are scheduled to hold a Speaker Forum Monday evening.... 3 days from now !!

No straight forward solution

 The Terror Group that resides in the GAZA Strip is known as Hamas. These terrorists attacked Israel about a week ago - Killing over 1000 people, women, Children, etc,,, bombing the country in the Mean time,,, they took hostages - some of which have been executed on live internet feeds,,, or the Hostages cell phone shave been used to contact their families to watch those killings...  

Make no mistake - Hamas exists to kill Jews (and Christians) they don't care if it is women and children. 

Israel has responded with a bombing  assault into Gaza that has killed thousands of Palestinians.. and some of the Hamas Terrorists.  and they are preparing what seems to be a Full out Ground assault into the Gaza Strip - that will only escalate the killing and things will get much worse with more loss of life. 

A bit of history -- Israel pushed the Palestinians into the GAZA strip  and out of Israel  - and while you or I  (even though we have no connection to that country) could say we want to be Israel citizens and could immigrate there with out issue- The Palestinians cannot go to Israel. Israel controls 100% of the lives of the Palestinians, and they live in one of the most crowed places on earth - about 2 million people live in 88 sq miles - 21,00 per sq mile....

The Palestinians are not without a history of Terror and violence- from Yasser Arafat - leader of the PLO - Palestine liberation organization carried out Hijackings and violent acts. to Black September that Took Israel Athletes  hostage at the 1972 Munich Olympic games - where most the Black September group was killed along with the 11 Athletes.......   and today Hamas itself hides with in the Urban areas in Gaza using the Palestinians as human shields.. 

There is no simple solution here - Israel cannot have Hamas living right at their doorstep with the ability to attack and kill Jews inside Israel. So Israel must be able to defend itself.  The Palestinians - most of the them - are not Hamas are not terrorists- but they are suffering under this attack by Israel - and will continue to be killed and a huge humanitarian crisis will occur if and when the Israels start a ground was with Hamas. Iran has - at least that  has been reported - they will get involved IF the Israels invade Gaza - it is highly likely that Iran was partly behind the planning of the attack last week and supplied Hamas with intelligence and weapons to carry out that attack. The US - along with Germany, France and others - have sent and continue to send support to Israel in the form of war ships into the   Mediterranean sea. 

This escalation is not without concern for Americans, and all the world - with many factions coming in too close proximity that we need to use care to not ignite a near World War...

What a F$%&*#$ING Mess

 The House of Representatives ousted Kevin McCarthy - that happened about 10 days ago. It was brought about because he - McCarthy - when he was elected speaker that any ONE member of the House  could call for his removal. He had to agree to this provision  to secure the votes of the far Right wing of "nut jobs " in the GOP like Bobo, Marge Traitor Green, Gosar,Gates, etc... they wanted that ONE member deal so that IF McCarthy did not uphold the promises he made to them - mainly about compromising with Democrats to get bills and budgets passed - they , the GOP could call for his removal - via a "Motion to Vacate" ,, Which Matt Gates called for th Motion , ALL the Democrats voted for the removal along with members of that so called FREEDOM CAUCUS to have him Removed... Since then the GOP has been in chaos.  They have put forth Steve Scalise to succeed  McCarthy, but he realized he could not get the 217 votes needed to win the Speakers seat - let me remind you that there have beed reports - that hopefully are not 100 % true that  “Scalise describes himself as ‘David Duke without the baggage.’ He’s associated with Duke & attended a white-supremacist conference.”  David Duke - former Grand Wizard of the KKK.... 

Some of the House GOP members are blaming the DMEOCRATS ! Give me a break - is it the responsibility of the Democrats to save the GOP from themselves - I think NOT !

Now they have nominated Jim Jordan - a man that has been accused by many of the Wrestling team Athletes at Ohio state of doing nothing to investigate the allegations of Sexual abuse by a coach and that Jordan was fully aware of this coach and did nothing.  Jordan - an election denier, a Trump supporter, an insurrectionist,  a man that was involved in the January ^th Coup attempt and has openly refused to answer a subpoena by the House committee to testify before them -   yea that Jim Jordan.  And it appears that he does not have the votes either.

SO  while the Majority leader  - Patrick McHenry - can conduct some business of the House while they elect a new speaker  - He cannot do much ,,,  While we as the National are hurtling towards a Government shut down sometime in Mid November - which is about 30 days away,,, and I guarantee that there will be a great fight to pass a budget before then - we are stuck with a GOP that has now proven beyond a shadow that it cannot govern ...  that it is very dysfunctional - and who the hell knows where we are headed next... 

I wonder IF and when this will ever stop -

WE may be at the tipping point in History - Future generations might look back and say - yes - this was the election that cemented the Democracy or it was the election that undid EVERYTHING ....

Although I think that I know - when .....  When the central figure on all of this fades away..  and I may have said this before, but bears repeating - that When Drump either passes away or loses the next election - which ever is first ... He will be come irrelevant.  The GOP can hope to right their ship and get back to disagreeing with the Democrats on the ISSUES - and forget about having to Defend a Fascist and what will be a convicted felon.  IF he loses and then beats that some ole drum,  that the election was rigged and there was voter fraud,,,  I think the MAGAS will lose steam - and after a while fade away..... although the ULTRA MAGAS will hang onto their Cult Leader - cause really - what else do they have ....

We - as the United States - have had a former president indicted on felony charges FOUR times. All those incitements - were/are against one man - Donald John Trump.   And at what point are we all going to stop pretending that this is normal - that we are going to stop trying to spin this ... When will ALL the media - just lay out the FACTS - and when will they stop putting Liars on TV and allowing Media outlets to broadcast propaganda and call it NEWS- cause it's not !  When will we say - HOLY SHIT - the GOP has allowed a criminal to take over their party - their leading candidate for re- election to an office that he has no business being anywhere near ! and they throw everything at the wall to try to dissuade and distract for m the thing that THEY KNOW are true ....  IF many of those politicians had not directly benefitted - monetarily or Politically - being voted into office or reelected - we might have just avoided all this BS. 

IF all his failed businesses had been looked into ,,, if his sexual assault allegations had been taken seriously,  If him calling for the DEATH penalty for the so called "Central Park 5", If all his racist comments were taken at what they were,,, Or condemned his behavior when he mocked a disabled reporter, or heard him for what he was saying about Mexicans all being killers, drug dealers and rapists or when he bragged about being able to grab a women by the genitals and thinking that let him. 

WE all knew who he was - and we let it all continue anyway - we allowed Narcissistic Sociopath with no Moral compass with questionable business dealings, and sketchy relationships with foreign dictators - gave him access to the highest levels of government, and to all our nations security data.  And when he tried to stage a COUP with his cronies - we cannot be surprised.   

We find ourselves with our Democracy hanging on by a Thread - that this man - now accused of Espionage, conspiracy against the United States and he is still supported by people that chose Personality and POWER  over   morality , Ruling over actual governing and Profit over TRUTH ! Parts of this country are sick - Remember for a minute that this man and his allies were ready to declare Martial LAW against the Citizens of the United States,  yea the USE of US military to Hold Power to putdown any protests and push back after they maintained power . 

HE has told us that should he win again - he would centralize the Government around the Executive branch, Purging any and all that are not 100% loyal to HIM -  Drump is Telling you he wants to be the Dictator of the United States - Telling us he cares NOT  for the Country, NOT for the Democracy , BUT he Cares about ONLY HIMSELF!   But we are acting like this is normal Presidential election-  Take the time to look at the DC case against him ,, and the State of Georgi's case against him and 19 CO-conspirators  - these describe a complex criminal  conspiracy to defraud us - the people of United States of AMERICA .  All that you have heard about election interference, Ballot irregularities, fake ballots, stolen elections, Corrupted Voting machines, were ALL LIES from a person, and a political party that wanted to stay in power against the will of the Voters.   IT is obvious that Dump can never be allowed to have the Power of the presidency,, but neither can the Political party that has allowed and supported this - either directly - but spewing lies along with the former Potus or indirectly by standing silent and watching it happen,. WTF is wrong with us

 so let's talk about several - I counted 4 white guys beating on a black man that tried to get them to move their boat so that the Commercial Ferry that docks where the White guys boats was could get in....  Dock was clearly for the larger boat but the entitled folks thought - that does not mean me - I can park MY boat where ever I want... and then when repeatedly asked to move by the ships Captain - one of the crew - I think he as asst capt.. got off the ferry and tried to get the boat owner to move..   A fight ensued where several white guys were beating on this black guy - when - WHOOPS - Fuck around is over and the FIND out stage happens when several black guys come to the Crew members aid !! and kick the shit out of the white guys...   Since when do we think that violence is the means to an end....??  

Since when is 4 on 1 an equal fight - I am thinking the crew member tried to slide the other boat back, to allow the Ferry to dock- I would say you only do this in a Safety situation which i think this was as the Ferry needed the larger dock and the ramp to allow passengers to get off... and what was the big deal ??? Move the stinking boat !  

I heard - and have not verified it - that these folks , taken to an hospital - were being treated by folks of color there and did not like it - call ed the police - for what I dunno... and were told to either shut up and let these people treat  them OR leave --- and so they left ,,,, now I'm not sure of this as if these folks are from but the demographics in Montgomery Alabama is approx 30% white - 60 Back / African american - so if these folks were from there,, they have seen a few black folks before,....

2nd topic - the 70 something that was killed by the FBI - serving a search warrant at his house. 

He posted several time on Social Media that he was going to kill Alvin Bragg - the DA from NY,, and Willis the one from Georgia - he made threats to The President and Vice President....  He was visited by the FBI - and told them that needed to come back with a search warrant..  and he then he learnded that Biden was to visit Utah - and he posted that he was cleaning up his rifle scope,,, and rifle and getting his Camouflage suit ready .... and posted more photos of his arsenal ... The FBI - did get a warrant and returned = they were confronted by this guys who was armed and pinted a gun at the Agents - at which pint they fired and killed him.

The affects of following a CULT leader are well documented in History. The followers of Hitler - murdered Millions of Jews, and Gypsies. While taking over the Government , suppressing the Press,  Consolidating all power within His jurisdiction so that he could persecute those who would speak against him, and used his power over those close to him to start a war that he hoped to take over the world and make it a Nation of what he thought was the Master Race.....  I could draw you parallels  to what you see and hear today from too damn many Conservatives - who look to limit your Freedoms while setting themselves up as the all knowing and all seeing. 

Lastly we need to hold those - TRUMP -  accountable for his crimes against this nation. Period - end of sentence.  To uphold this nation of Laws - where no one is above the law. and so that in the future those that seek to repeat this behavior ,,, and work to set themselves up as the CULT leader  in a Dictatorial government - to steal a future elections,,, to destroy the US constitution, and Democratic Republic  will know that they will fail, and then be arrested, tried, convicted  and Jailed for that behavior. 

2nd Time - no way

Domestically - Trump would use the MAGA group to pull essentially everything he can under his power -

How would this play out? Thus, President Trump could mandate that any media critical of him—including online media like Daily Kos, Raw Story, or Common Dreams—must be heavily “regulated,” just like in Russia and Hungary. And he could do this in the first weeks of his presidency, to tamp down the ability to organize protests around his other fascist policies.

We’ve seen this movie before.

Trump had previously proclaimed his desire to change the nation’s libel and slander laws so he could sue or imprison his political opponents and those in the media who opposed him; if he had succeeded on January 6th, that would have happened by now, and people like me (and maybe you) would be in jail.

Echoing one of Pinochet’s first 1973 laws, a Republican state legislator in Florida proposed legislation requiring bloggers and writers to register with the state if they intend to criticize any elected official; the next Republican president will almost certainly put similar laws into place and quickly.

Trump had previously promised his violent partisans that he’d pardon them and pick up their legal fees; if he or another MAGA Republican takes the White House in 2024, within months hundreds of Kyle Rittenhouses will be “defending themselves” against Black people, “Antifa,” and “commie liberals” without consequence.

The Democratic Party will be labeled aggressors and subversives by right-wing media and the administration; its ranks will melt away as quickly as the union-aligned parties did in Italy and Germany in the 1930s or the Allende democrats did in Chile in 1973.

First abortion will be criminalized nationwide, then birth control, then women in business and politics will find themselves under constant attack in the media and the workplace. White male dominance will reattain the status it had in 1972 when women couldn’t legally get an abortion, buy a house, sign contracts, or even get a credit card without the signature of a father or husband.

Newsrooms across the country will be purged of liberals and running editorials in support of the “new patriotism” proclaimed by the GOP; the hedge funds headed up by right-wing billionaires—who today own over half of all the nation’s newspapers—will be snapping up the rest of the nation’s media like Orbán’s oligarch buddies did in Hungary and Putin’s friends did in Russia.

Every time these sorts of overthrows happen, the nation’s people are shocked and surprised. They had no idea how far things had gone. It even happened that way with the American Revolution and the Civil War.

I fear that it will be said of these days leading up to the Election - that "we never thought it could happen here"   and that we are surprised how quickly that it occurred. 

This is the END -

I see 2 possible endings : 

#1 - Dump is reelected - god forbid -  and he is able to squash all the Federal charges against him...  He installs new head to the FBI / Department of Justice  to replace Merrick Garland, and that person - does not follow thru with any of the pending court cases and felony charges against the urine soaked Cheeto man.  In the same vein, the Mango Mussolini pardons all the January 6th insurrectionists.  At that point the judicial and legislative system Is thrown into chaos. IF the GOP controls either part of the Congress - they enact -or at least put forth and pass laws if they can to alter what is left of our Republic.  And frankly in my opinion the United states that exited before 2020 (certainly before 2016) ceases to exist.  Not sure of we are thrown 100% into a dictatorially state, but it will be some what close to that where the states have some power but mostly the ruling of the Executive branch - that is bolstered by the legislature will dictate policy throughout the land.   I believe that somewhere in the process of the decline of the Nation,,, the ending of what would even pass for a Democracy - that those in the GOP -- not the MAGAs cause they will never abandon their Cult leader - but the ones that could have done something to stop it and did nothing - only then will they realize what they have accomplished  by their silence and their inaction.   I am not sure what happens to the State charges which will be in at minimum Georgia, possibly Michigan, and maybe Wisconsin - as his power to affect those cases is far less - as he can't dismiss State Charges, like he could Federal Charges. 

#2) Don the CON is defeated - Although he will NEVER admit it - just like in in 2020.... I think there will be more violence associated with the defeat - what were "Dog Whistles" to his supporters will be out right threats, and instructions of what needs to be done.  IMHO - it will be at the State level this time, as we will have learned something from the January 6th insurrection/ COUP attempt.  The Capital in Washington will be well guarded. Even of Biden - has to use Military troops to ensure that it is safe.  The attacks will be against State Legislatures. State Governors , and State Attorneys General offices, as the one that led to Dumps defeat will come under actual attack as they certify the results of their states.  I foresee National guard troops  being called out to several States - ones that we know - Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania,  Michigan, Wisconsin. Hopefully the actions against those areas will not be too awful. But once certified ...  the new or incumbent POTUS will have a difficult road in the next years healing the nation. WE will still have 20% + of the nation that believe the Mango Mussolini - although his voice will begin to wane as time goes on...  He will be able to raise money for a bid in 2028.... but he will no doubt siphon that money off to pay his legal woes - which will be at least 4 at that time.  The case in NY of the payoff of Stormy Daniels, the Federal charges, the Document Case in Florida, the now pending (might be indicted today) in D.C. For his leadership in the January 6th COUP attempt. the Georgia election tampering case, the False Electors cases in Michigan, and Wisconsin.    Eventually Dump will fade away,... The GOP leaders will see that his MAGA base is no longer the threat that it once was - and as long as they don;t actually call out their Cult Leader for crimes - they can get reelected - which is why they are scared of the MAGAs right now.  It will take years - maybe a decade and another Presidential election to heal much of the damage that fucking Piece of shit has done to the country and the Democracy. - but the pendulum will swing back - if we defeat dump in 2024 - the country has a chance....  IF he WINS in 2024 - NO way the Republic survives...

 Good God,,,   So - one of the stupidest Representatives (you know who she is - the Gazpatcho police lady)  has introduced an amendment to the Military spending bill that would take the United States OUT OF NATO !   Really ,,, yes - this is what the Dumb asses in Congress have to deal with these days... 

Liz Cheney said it best - "WE need to stop electing stupid people" 

In addition there is a part of this military spending bill that has removes the payment for military members to travel to obtain health care - yup - you can read that as any female that needs reproductive health care - / an abortion cannot have her travel to obtain that health care paid for. And as a result of that will not get the required time off from duty to recover for any Procedure like that ,....   Yes - you can risk you life - your life and limb for this country - but we are not interested in you getting the Health care you need ...  Why not change the Amendment to say  "hey - Women- please join our Military where we can legally treat you as a 2nd class citizen"   And that ASS HOLE tommy tuberville is still holding up the advancement of hundreds of Military officers because he is not getting this passed... he has no problem weakening our military readiness across the world - so he can have a hissy fit, = this is what you get when you elect someone that was good in one role in life - A Football Coach - but has no fucking clue about anything else !

This is just a distraction to what is actually going on .... the Additional incitement's that are coming  - more from the Documents case , and additions from Georgia and DC in the whole stolen elections deal.  I fully expect the ones in the Insurrection case to include way more people that the Mango Mussolini - so that we will have a very clear picture of how wide spread and how many people were involved in the plot to Over throw our government.
