This does not matter to anyone ,,,, there are people that I know that have serious medial issues happening,, not even related to Covid -19  - so why  am even thinking about other stuff is beyond my comprehension.....

Listen - if you have been to Disney world when it's what I refer to as NUTZ busy then you know,,,, What I cannot imagine is that all those people who are usually spread out over a year or so of Disney reservations, are now - or at least when they reopen - gonna flock to the Parks like never before,,, I believe there will be 2 years of astronomical attendance. I also wonder how exactly they are going to Social Distance - if that is even a thing in the near future - 
now - although Disney plays the attendance capacity numbers close to the vest - a good estimate is that the Magic Kingdom ma is 100,000 people,,,  um ,,, social distancing ???  It ain't that magical even at what I would say is 3/4 of that number ....  SO how is this going to work ???  I have no clue,,There are busses that you are on with 60 other guests , Monorails with hundreds,   PArade watching with 30,000 of your closest friends,... yea right.....

2ndly - we were so fortunate that we went o Alaska last year,,,,  cause we are NOT getting on a Cruise ship for a while !!! 

and ,, and,, how are we going to concerts ???  We have tickets for HOT TUNA and the Doobie Brothers in the next 2 months or so,,,   they are not cancelled as yet,,, but I am expecting,,,

 I have several masks that I cannot breathe thru any of them,,,, and I can't wait till its 95 degrees out - that will certainly add to the fun...  I am working the next 3 days,,, i expect it to be crazy at the Marina,,, today and Sunday are expected to be nice,,, so get ready for long lines to get a bot in the water and short tempers when they don;t happen,

Riddle me this ..............

Riddle me This & Riddle me That ! .... Riddler !!!

I live in the same town where I grew up - yup we lived a ways away 40 years ago,, and a bit outside for the next 25 years,,, but still what you might say was "locally". So , I have lived in the Town for the Past  10 years.   I graduated HS with what - say 500 students,,, so that at the time I was in that high School there were at minimum   1500 - 2000 other kids there across the 3 grades and the 3 years ,,, yea we just had 10, 11, 12 at our HS - Freshmen (9th Graders ) were in the Middle School..... 

So in those 10 years,, I do not think that I have seen 10 people that I knew or hell - even recognize from 45 years ago in school.  Is that Odd ? so there are say up to 2000 people in this town or close to it,  that I was in HS with and either A) Have  not EVER Seen  Or B ) I see , but do not recognize....

Now this past month not counted  - as we are all wearing masks !!!   so no stinking way to know who is who !!

WE know now that we were so lucky to go on our Alaskan trip last year ,, !!    What if that were this year ??  NOPE ! No Flights, no Cruise, no Nuttin !  So that all goes to show you - tomorrow is promised to no one,,, you have today ,,, now a vacation is a stupid example of it,, but points out that you need to live for today - plan for a future, but don't put off what you may never get to do in the Future.  I know others that did more monumental things, like Hike the Appalachian Trail - Georgia -  Maine,,, and another that did a Bike Ride across the United states,,,, and I do not think either of the would have happened if they planned for this year !  SO...................

Alternate reality

We seem to be living in an alternate reality....  Some of us - are going about our lives - essentially unchanged....  I go to work ,,, I come home,,, the place I work opened on May 1st - ok we are not taking transient boaters,  and everyone has to be out of the Marina by 8:00 pm - so no staying overnight... If you are lucky enough to have that big a boat !!   I have to wear a mask in the Coffee shop, the Food Store, the Home store,,,,  and I CANNOT go see my Grand children !!  thats the biggest impact right there..... Others are greatly impacted,,they know someone that is positive for the Virus and one guy I know in the New York city ,,,, knew people who died from it,..   otehre have lost their jobs, Been Furloughed with and without pay.. The front line workers are seriously impacted - risking their lives to take care of us....

and now I segway to people with AR15 rifles on the steps of a state Capital ! That cannot happen..   why were they not arrested,.? and Head Jerk - that being the POTUS - said the Gov of that state would listen to them,,, NO - and at least till they show up without the GUNS !!

I am beginning to wonder IF  we ever get back to "normal" ...  Sports games,,,  Concerts, Disney ...where 10's of thousands gather... and are in very near proximity to each other.....   I agree with being cautious, let' s not have the Illnesses spike and the Deaths follow that ..But I guess at some point we need to get back to the world we once Kew - if that is even possible....
