#1 - I can't help wondering what the FOX NEWS FRAUDS would be saying of Clinton or Obama said they would not accept the results of the Election ? and that they would not commit to a peaceful transition of Power ???  

Pushing to get a new Justice on the Supreme  Court - even thought eh GOP leaders would not vote on Obamas nominee 11 months prior to the election,, McConnel is willing to have a vote on Dick heads nominee as the election is happening or just after ! 

Now - Why are these things happening.. ??

Now for the Set up.....

Calling voting by mail dishonest... and calling to question any votes cast that way -even though he, the vp and others in the GOP have voted that way for years. Saying this is the way to Steal the Election.

That there are only 2 possible outcomes in that Jerks mind. 

#1 - He Wins reelection - and I guess Biden should not have redirect if that happens - but tRump declares himself the winner on Election night...

#2 - Biden wins , and he claims fraud voting,, mail in voting, and voting by Illegals is what made him lose. He Immediately launches court cases in all the states that he needs to to get the Mail in portions thrown out and the popular vote called to question... He asks that those State legislative bodies vote on who that states electoral votes should go to..  He takes the fight on and on for months if necessary all the way to the Supreme Court - hummmm now you see why he wants that new Justice on the court ??

I do not see a Rump Landslide - but a more close election, that if Vegas is taking bets on it - will not be called until mid December -  let's guess the 11th of December ... and even though I am not convinced that Biden can beat him,, as the Sitting Prez has a huge home field advantage,... I think think in this case Biden wins,  and Rump NEVER concedes the election. 

I will say that a transition of not only the Prez / VP has to happen ,, but all the Federal departments - the Cabinet,  etc has to be done.. and I do wonder IF while the legal challenges rage on that shit head would all the folks occupying those spots to then brief as as always happened the new administration, and Biden's transition team... not doing so could mean major disruption in the day to day running of the country.

He may refuse to leave - however - remember this,,, if that is the case, on Jan 20th - after Biden is sworn in as the POTUS - the Secret Service then report to him. and he would have Rump removed from the Whitehouse.   and I DO NOT  think it will happen  - I think his family will convince him being forceably escorted from the WH  is not the way he wants to be remembered.

I urge you to register to vote  ! There is still time to get an absentee ballot in most states,,, and most will allow you to use COVID  - 19 as your Reason !.

I also urge you to VOTE "EM OUT !!!!

Still in the 30's around here,,,, so maybe walking more than biking the next few days,,,,  In Early to work today,...  then doing the Weekend - 6 hours per day,,, so not bad. Kinda stuck there as we can only prepare for Winter as much as we have. need to really wait till boats leave....

Yea Yea - so what - I should be Biking , but it's 37 degrees !!

 All right it's too cold right now to go bike....   I did my Walk / Jog yesterday and I can feel that my legs are not up to two days in a row of that,,, plus the toe still feels broken,, oh yea,,, sorta went to skip over one of the cats (FINN) yesterday morning and smashed the shit out of the two toes adjacent to the big toe,,, on my right foot,,,  one is ok,, and the other is bruised and misshapen,,, and a bit swollen...and I doubt if the 6 miles yesterday helped it....   so better to wait till it warms a bit ,, then go biking !

We are nearing 40 days till the election. i think its like 43 days,,,,, and I am betting that it will be a TOTAL  Fucking CIRCUS for the next 7 weeks....  3 debates ( let me say up front that Biden has nothing to gain from these debates (you cannot successfully debate a LIAR) and now thta RBG has passed,,, there will be a Country consuming debate on replacing her.  McConnell and  Graham have already said that they would have a vote on a nominee even though that is exactly the opposite of what they said in 2016 - they have no morals,, no self respect, no , they have drank the Kool-aid,,, kissed the Ring  and bent the knee to the asshole in the White House...  Recent Judges took between 50 and 92 days to conform... the Was RBG.. and Alito was 92.... so let's say Dick Brain sends a nominee over in a week,,,, or OCT 1.... and the average is 70 days.....  that puts the confirmation in Early December ,,, after the election,,, now if  - GOD FORBID - Dick Brain wins,,, then it's a mute point,,, but if he loses and the Senate majority also goes Democratic,, then you have nominee from a lame duck POTUS and vote from Senators that will not even be there come January !!!   and BTW - I know the tRumpette's don't care.....

DO not worry about staying up late to get the results of the Election - My guess is that we will not know the outcome for a Month and  and then if Rump losses - get ready for months of Court Battles ,,,,, I heard the interesting question the other day,, and I know NO ONE like to speculate on anything but you Rump-ettes.....  IF and I understand you don't even want to entertain the IF - HE loses and loses by a large margin in both the Popular vote and the Elector vote - so that no changes in either would make any difference... but he still challenges the election,  and  perhaps even refuses to accept the result  and leave the White house and plunges to country into Chaos - what would you think of him then ???

How long will it take to get back to the spot we were at at the end of 2019..... ??

Is it inappropriate to SCREAM and SWEAR at people's facebook posts and more pointedly at some of the replies to to FB posts ???  now I don't actually reply what I  screamed / swore ,,,,,,  so no one but me knows,,, however,,,, It might come to that,,,, hey - I don't have any friends now  - what difference could it make ??? 😎

Blocking and Tackle-ing

 Did you know that FACEBOOK - with all it's security problems - and other Privacy issues does a decent job of something,,, at least in my opinion,...

IF you block a contact - ie you go to that little downward pointing triangle in the top right corner and click it...   Then click Setting and Privacy, them on the FAR left side  (and yea they make it tricky to do some of this) on the FAR left you will see "BLOCKING" about half way down the screen .... you click that - and you can BLOCK any user ..... and if you have it will show you the list of names you have blocked... FB tells you this about Blocking. 

"Once you block someone, that person can no longer see things you post on your timeline, tag you, invite you to events or groups, start a conversation with you, or add you as a friend. Note: Does not include apps, games or groups you both participate in." 

What it also does - and FB does not tell you this ..."You and the blocked person will not find the profiles for each other even if you search for the names on Facebook’s search bar."

Meaning what - ??  

If you block someone from seeing YOU - FB blocks YOU from seeing them..  WHOOSH !

First Time - Long Time

 Greetings !!! 

You are getting this today because of the impending BAD weather this morning, although I bet it don't rain for a few hours ,, it sure is Dark looking to the West of me,,, and I'd rather not get a wet ASS Biking or Walking,,,, although honestly , I am more concerned about My I-phone getting wet than me,,,  as to Quote Phrase from an old runner  friend of mine  - Tom  - he would say "hey - last time I checked ,,, I'm water proof " !    Quick Update - I started this at 7:10 & it's 7:26 now and Raining reasonably hard !

Ok so I promise to have more input and I will try to not make it 100% Political ,, but lets start that way...

Now - let's discuss Face Masks,,,,,  IF you are driving in your Car,  All Alone, wearing a mask - YOU ARE the REASON that  Pop Tarts have to have Directions on them !!!  

 Now - I admit that I ride my bike and I walk on the Rail Trail with No mask - we can debate later if you think I should have one.... but here is an  example of DOH ! do you understand what you are doing !!?!??  As I approach some people,,,,  Does not matter if I'm on  Wheels or Heels - They have the Mask on their Chin or in their hand, and they put it up on their face as I Pass - and Immediately remove it as I am pass along side them..  Ok if they are wearing the mask for ME.....   I am traveling into air they just exhaled - so the mask does no good to only be worn as I pass..  SAME if they are wearing the mask to-  they think -protect themselves,,, they are passing into air that I just exhaled , sneezed into , couched into.... so dropping the Mask immediately as we pass does not do shit for them !!!  And this matter not - if I am passing them from behind,,, or Passing them FACE to FACe across the 10 foot wide Rail trail... 

Have you seen me lately  ????  If not - I am down about 50 pounds since January 29th - hen I got some "bad" blood work... Since , my blood pressure and pulse has dropped,,, my A1C went down to under 5 and a half...  I do seem to be Stuck at this weight - just under 200 - but  am not sure I can eat less , or exercise more...  biggest change has been adding Fruits and Vegetables to my eating, eating less (smaller portions) , cooking almost everything fresh ,,,,  and we bought Traeger Grill - that is amazing,,, makes everything taste great,,, and you can't burn anything !!!   You sorta get three Grills in one,,, you can smoke anything ! at low temps 180 - 225 for a long time , several hours if needed,,, you can use it a s Bake oven from say that 250 degrees to 375,,, or crank it up to hight - 450 and Grill away like normal grill except with that great smoke flavor added to everything !  OK - Traeger advertisement over !!  I'm not in Any Running shape yet,, and do not expect to be able to run -  but Continue to work on Jogging a few half miles on my say  - every other day 5-6 mile walks... admit-tingly have some back pain from walking biking or working,,,  and for the Majority of days not taking those Tylenol to quiet it....

I - like everyone else - am wondering then Things will get back to "normal" or what that normal will look like, I'm not ready to get on a plane yet to travel anywhere....
