The old man didn't care about people anyway
All he cared about was his money.
He'd stuff it all down in Mason jars and bury it all around
But on certain nights if the moon was right

I was fortunate enough to see these bands here in Poughkeepsie back in the Early 70's , CDB, Marshall Tucker, Atlanta Rhythm Section. I bet that the popularity of this song lifted the Spirits of all those folks in Band that played a Flute,,Here is the Marshall Tucker Band -
and that thunderous thumb of Toy Caldwell on " Can't you See"
