I think that this lawsuit - filed BEFORE the election even  takes place -  the election is between these candidates : Dan S. Sullivan, Mary Peltola, Gerald Heikes, and Daniel J. Sullivan Jr.   - 

Now - Dan S is the incumbent from Alaska and Dan J Jr... is one of the challengers =   They field suit - and oh BTW- the Suporeme court - thats right the Convicted FELON;s court - the Corrupt court = said that the BOTH candidates can remin on the ballot - citing some right under the 1st amendment = geez = now we are bring the damn Bill of RIghts into the Argument - WHO KNEW....     but that's not enought for the DOJ and FAT NIXON= they are suing - IF THEY LOSE = to block the certification of the election,...  

Because  they don't;' think Alaskans are smart enough to know the difference between the TWO DANS....

Here's the rant - if you have been to a major league stadium recently - you can see that every Square inch that could be sold to a sponsor  - is SOLD to a Sponsor.. 

here is Yankee Stadium - the entire outfield - except for the batters eye - the Outfield wall ,, the space inbetween decks 1 , 2 & 3,  the DELTA sign is as big or bigger than the Yankees sign .... but are we done there - oh hell no,,,, the back stop = and with the help of Modern graphics that can change (virtually)  on your TV screen without it physically changing....   and are we done - no sir-ee....   WE now have virtual graphics on the pitcher's mound, the Foul territories,   and patches on the uniforms of one sponsor or another - and yup they are spart enough to have those patches on the correct sleeve so that it faces the pitcher- and of course the TV camera. and then on the Batting helmets  - STRAUSS - a german manufacturing / Clothing company pays MLB $12 - $15 million for that logo on all the batting helmets....    Are done - not yet.........

Then we have the TV commercials between innings.... and OMG - the one that I despise the most - now = when there is a Conference on the mound - or even between battters they do a GD split screen to show even more and more and more commercials....  I blame NASCAR for this .... it is the first place that I saw it and they have the chutzpah to make it seem like perk that you get to see the race while they show you more and more and more commercials.... 

and add on to all this that you need subscriptions to a half dozen different networks to see every game your team plays,,   including - Amazon prime,  Disney/Hulu , etc etc...   how long before the playoffs  and world series are a Pay per view event - and years from now - when they wondeer Why they have no fans left - well we can tell then ENOUGH IS ENOUGH with all the ADVERTISEMENTS

Ok - he called it "massive amounts of OIL  coming into our country - and its Diesel" 

forget the fact that Oil is not Diesel or Gasoline until refined....  but forget that mis-speak....

300,000 metric tons , then 500,000 metric tons,... so i'm curious ....  cause my Gas/Diesel station sells it by the gallon ,, not the  metric ton - how much Diesel is that ??? 

300,000 Metric tons is : 94 million US gallons for the month of October.  

The United States uses approximately 3 Billion, 813 Million gallons per month  (123 million to 160 million gallons of diesel fuel per day)   

so the 94 million gallons represents approx 2% of the months usage -  About 15 hours of usage. 

let's assume we are getting the Diesel for FREE - then  it would drop the price directly by that 2% - the national average is $6.20 per gallon - so it will fall to $6.07 == now - I think truckers and others that use Diesel will take ANY reduction in price - I  would not call that MASSIVE....

and remember this fact,,,,  What country is the leading EXPORTER of Diesel fuel ?? you guessed it ! The United States.....  not the Country of course - MAJOR OIL companies - Valero, Exxon, and Phillips leading the way..............

Why have we not bought Russian oil until now???

  NEXT - I have listened to and watched other people's ideas on the upcoming Mid term elections.  - the latest is that Ossoff and Warner are not legit Senators due to election fraud, it is only the latest in totally unsubstantiated claims  - You can say that this is doom saying - or  whatever.....   But here is what I this is tottaly possible / probable -  and we are less than a month away... Mid Terms are on November 3rd. 

Prior to the election - ICE and FBI, and maybe worse are deployed to Voting districts/areas that the Potus thinks they will lose , and they attempt to intimidate voters in those places to not vote....

- Election day - may be dotted with violence in places that the GOP believes they will lose.

- When the VOtes are counted - and I do not think there will be such a huge Blue wave that others think - however - the Democrats will win enough Hose seats to take the Majority.   The Senate ???  It will be close , im not sue that the Dems will win the Senate - but it will be close....

it is projected that the Democrats have won the House of Representatives- and now will have the Majority .....  that means a Democratic Speaker - and the Chairmanships of all the House committees  will be Democrats.    IMHO - the GOP . Speake Johnson, and Fat Nixon will never let this happen - they know what this means,,,,,,  actual oversight into the dealing of the Whitehouse - and probable impeachment of the POTUS and if they win the senate they just might take him out....

The White House claims widespread voter fraud  is what lead to the Democrats winning...  with ZERO proof of anything....  

The FBI/DOJ and maybe even the Military Seize the Voting records, and machines in those places that the GOP lost. thereby stopping any recount of the Votes that would verify a Democratic win..

We go thru a period of un substantiated fraud claims , while th GOP in conjunction the the DOJ and FBI - manipulate the Voting record that they now possess... 

We get to the Point that the Current Speaker has to swear in the newly elected Representatives. That date is January 3rd....    Mike Johnson - acting on orders from teh POTUS refuses to do it...  Remember he delayed Grijalva swearing in for 50 days.... because she was to be the 218th signature on the Epstein file release...  SO johnson refuses - they delay as long as needed to either say there will be a new election in those districts -  OR they out and out swear in the GOP candidates that LOST the elections. / or they swear in GOP reps that are friendly to the administration,... ....  think this can't happen - think again !

somewhere along hthis trajectory there are massive protests in the streets against the government - because of the BS with the Elections and the Swearing in of Reps that lost their elections... the POTUS deploys military into the cities to quall the protests,,, and might just declare Martial law .......   The House is called back into session - while protests continue -  but the Government goes on  - I think voilence is probable as we watch the end of the Democracy - the house will quickly vote to hand more and more power to executive branch,,and the  bought and paid for Supreeme count will go along....

He travels around the US makng statements that are 100% false,.. no one can keep up with all the lies..   Building factories in Iowa ?? saying that the constrution has already begun....  when the local and national news checks it out - you guessed it = not only has there been no construction of any kind started - no permits have been filed to do any work, no plans approved or even submitte dot the places he claims the factorys are going,,,, but we slide on by this as if it's normal.... that the POTUS just lies and that is the way it is....   last night he made statements about Iran bombing LA and San Diego .....  and it barely gets a note...    on one hand tells us affordability is democratic Hoax , and on the next speech says that it's a small price to pay to keep Iran away from Nukes - oh that they don;t have - and had agreed not to have them, and passed every inspection by a multinational task force that did the inspections..... but he tore up that agreement becasue it was an Obama deal and that Netanyahu asked his to bomb Iran ....   There is no way to keep up with all the BS.
