Can we - should we be deporting immigrants  ??? Are these illegal immigrants ??  Do they deserve due process under the law ?  Could this happen to you - where you coul dbe scooped up and deported .... and sent to a max security prison in another country. ??

WHOA - hey I thought we were bring back jobs to this country and were no longer going to have other countries do work and provide things for the US ??  - but - let's leave that for another time...

A) at least some of these people that ICE deported have no criminal background - do not belong to any gang.. and have never done a thing wrong..  

B) Many came here during   past administrations - and like the pasts policies or NOT - the immigrants did not get to choose who was the POTUS or Governor or Senator of the state...  they cane here - were most likely given a count date to file for asylum far in the future and then either did or did not show up for  court.

If that makes them illegal - that OUR system is so F'd up that they can't get the asylum case heard quickly then thats on US ,..

DO they deserve Due Process -???  let's read the Constitution ...  Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, ensures that the government cannot deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without following fair procedures and legal processes. This right protects individuals from arbitrary government actions and is a cornerstone of the legal system.   and it says PERSON - Not Citizen you dumb assess....

so yes they deserve due process  because  if the Government can deny them that - 

they can deny YOU and I that same right...
