Ok- SO the Raider down by 2 - move up the field - are in a 50 year field goal range - 

24 or so seconds left - and 34 on the play clock. They are lining up to spike the ball - and do that with 15 Seconds left.  . BUT  then instead of the Field goal unit - they put the offense back out for what they describe after the game as wanting to run more time off the clock  - not gain more yards  and not give Mahomes ANY seconds to work with.  Mind you 15 seconds left.... The Raiders line up in a Shotgun  formation  - Screw up the snap so that is. fumble  and there  are flags thrown on the Play - - 

so 

 if they wanted to leave Kansas City with no time - and by their own admission - they were not  looking gain more yards - just to kill more time -   gonna throw the ball out of bounds and try the 49 yard FG...   -  WHY didn't they do that at 1st down -  left the clock run to 2 seconds or what ever  when they had the ball- all lined up for the 1st down play with 15 seconds left.  

Then if the flags were for a false start -   then the play never took place and the raiders would get penalized 5 yards and redo the play ... ok then they needed some yards and still make that FG.... 

But the Illegal shift - let the Chiefs deny the penalty and take the play / Fumble and the ball... Game OVER...

Then Lions and Bears 

Bears get  within field goal  range - they are down by 3 points, -  over 30 seconds left and a Time out remaining.  They take  24 seconds to snap the ball - so 6 seconds left - the play takes all of that a few more to get an incomplete pass - what a debacle ..  the Head Coach got fired and rightly so - with what 15 or so take the damn time out -  its very obvious that  the offense is confused  -  you can decide to run another play  - maybe an out pattern and get out of bounds or just try the Field goal yea it would have been long   - but did not even get a try ..... ugh

  SO -  Let's talk Nancy Mace  - the Congressperson that is all up in making sure Bathrooms are checked for who  SHE thinks is the proper person using the proper facilities ..  #1 - She has told us that she was sexually assaulted - and that is awful - period -  full stop - no women ,, no person should have to endure that. But , what does not set with me is that hen she takes up with someone that has been found libel for assaulting a women,, Raping her and then Defaming her... and has been credibly accused by dozens of women of Sexual assault - a man ( well not by my definition) who admitted to  holding beauty pageants so he could walk into the dressing rooms of young women to see them naked.  Who had affairs on all three of his wives with the next wife and then with a  porn stars while wife #3 was pregnant. ,  THIS is the guy that Nancy Mace supports.... SO be clear - this is not about the Representative from Delaware and bathroom is or ir not used. This is about the Visuals  she can yack about and the money that she can raise from small minded people that think like she does. 

Let's be clear - We will have a president who is a Criminal . If he were anyone else - and if Merrick Garland has actually doen his job These crimes would have landed him in Prison for the rest of his life., It is Incomprehensible to me that he is free  and  Insane that he will be the next President - and If you don't think that this is the lowest point in the history of this  Country - then you do not live in reality .

- Tariffs - that will  drive up the cost of goods in the US  and stupidly saying - "well then just buy all US made goods" - sure - go look around your house and see what's made  here - and what you have that' s made elsewhere. And if you are committed to that - go throw away everything you have that's not made in the US.... and get ready to pay that 25 % more if its from Canada or Mexico and 20% more of its from China ...  

- Dropping out or - or drastically reducing our support of  NATO - Sure the war in Ukraine can end IF Ukraine is willing to concede the land that Russia has taken in the war - giving Putin the WIN that he desperately  needs and bolstering him to invade  Bulgari, Estonia, Latvia , Poland. 

- Dropping out the Paris Climate accord - increasing Climate change, and its affects on the planet.  This is  regardless of how you think this is happening - it's that you don't want to do  anything about it.   

- Trump not signing the PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION ACT - outlining Ethic agreements that he incoming administration - by Law - must sign .. it documents that those under its law must divest. themselves  of Holdings and place into blind trusts investments,  So that they will be making decisions based on Ethics NOT on if it will affect their Financial status.  Imagine the HOWL from the GOP if it was Obama or Biden that did not sign.....   And his breaking the LAW - AGAIN - gives others in the Administration the go ahaed to violate the law also - remember that when your family is flying in an aircraft  or driving in a car that has had maintenance done with replacement parts whos manufacture was Deregulated by someone in the Cabinet  because  it made them more money - but was totally unsafe for the rest of us .

I  ordered - so to speak - a pair of Jeans thru EBAY - I don't use that site much anymore. I used the Make and offer on a pair of Jeans - that were 28.95 Plus $8 in shipping - the seller had lots of clothes items for sale so I took a shot at $20 offer with still the $8 shipping and they accepted it..   a week later I recied the jeans in the mail - tried them on - washed them and ok - done deal ...   two days later ... I get another pair of jeans in the mail  - same size and yes - Levi's black jeans . WTF !??   How can that be - I double check my ebay purchases and there is only the one pair - the last thing I got from EBAY was a Remote for a Sound bar. then the Jeans....  the bag with the 1st pair is gone - in the garbage - so I cannot see of they came from the same person -  but how weird is that - and then to add to it - as I'm sitting on the couch investigating the jeans purchase - the kitchen faucet turns on - the faucet has a hands free feature where you kinda wave at the left side and it turns on/off - that used to happen in NY when the cats walked in front of it, - but not here - and there was no cat -   Incidents related or just coincidence???

It has come to my attention that I am - surprisingly enough - the same age as OLD PEOPLE...

When the hell did this happen ??   I don't feel  old.,  I listen to Rock music,, I am pretty good with today's technology - I Know that WHY FI is not a question....   I see people and interact with people that I think are older than me  and shit - it turns out that - in conversation - I find out that I am older then THEY ARE....

They mention when thy graduated  High-school -  and I hear 1978 -  1980,.....  versus My 1974....  

I look in the mirror and I do see an oler man - heck I am 17 months from being 70 years old - SEVENTY..

Now - are there any good things that come with this - well  - sure ... I retired a few years ago and thru some good luck in Financial planning,,, I do not need to work ,...  Between investment $$ - Social Security, and a small Pension - we get by just fine.,..   In South Carolina - You can get a Fishing License for like $9 - yep Nine Dollars - oh and that's for Life !  ....    50 % off my State parks pass - do the $99  is down to under $50...   Our tax bill for the House is 2% less cause we are now both over 65....  so yea - its the little things.....

But - the aches and pains are real - Knees . Feet, Back,  all creak and groan when I move,...   I can't see worth a shit to read anything without glasses,,,,  Texts, directions (when I read them ) are all just a blur w/o the lenses.....  you also get to worry about health things asd you get older - Heart , Brain, Cancer , Dementia , oh yea - now we got fun !!   Is that pain in your Shoulder / Chest-ick-al area a muscle strain from Pickleball or the start of a massive heart Attack ?!?!?!   

Where is this going - I have no idea,,,jsut wanted to think about something other than politics for a few minutes....

Watched most of Football game last night from Cleveland ,,,  Steelers and Browns - but it was played mostly in the Snow and freezing rain - didn't care about the Score - but seeing it played in the Outside in that weather was great !!!    

Can I mention things that are different here in the South than in the North

- The amount of Dogs (and some cats) that are found ....I gotta believe that they are being just dumped by monsters that have no soul or heart...   some do get out and then are returned to their owners - but most - I think are not.

- No Inspections on Automobiles mean that any thing no matter how bad - as long as it runs can be on the road,... Oh yea....

- The Center lane is Left Run lane for both directions and is an active accident waiting to happen. 

- Foods sold at Walmart that I have never seen and in some cases heard of. 

- The amount of Confederate Flags.  and folks thinking that the Civil war was the  "War of Northern aggression". 

- What seems to be outright Hatred - from some people -  for those that have relocated here from the North. Even though in many cases those throwing the shade make a living based on the influx of people - Carpenters , electricians, etc etc 

- I'm sure it everywhere but - driving by Houses (if you can call them that) that cannot possibly be lived in - only to see lights on inside the house. and cars in the driveway.. ugh...

- Figuring out that "Bless your Heart" is not a compliment

 - Every Restaurant offers you  a "TO GO " cup of whatever (non alcoholic) beverage you were drinking with your meal....

- the number of cars that do not have Directionals - or maybe its folks don't use 'em

- The amount of Churches !   Amazing - and the number of people that go there on Sunday's ..  and a prayer being said at the start of some events - like Pickleball tournaments - A Prayer ..... 

- Pedestrians  crossing many roads. even 4 lane - busy ass roads - like they are in a Game of FROGGER !

- Signs I do not understand - like What is DEER CORN ??  

- realize that everyone owns and is probably Carrying a GUN....

- Seeing houses that Do NOT have Air conditioning... 

- Fields of Cotton .... 

Only thing that makes any Sense to me,....

 As the Insanity continues with each new Cabinet Nominee (Linda McMahon for Education) - Yea - her experience mostly in professional Wrestling,,, I can only think two things are going on here.

#1- he is choosing people that worship at the Alter of the Orange Jesus - the Law and Constitution be damned - they will bend the knee and kiss the Ring. They will blindly follow his direction, SO 100% Loyalty - don't care about their Expertise or Qualification for the Job. Or even Criminal Background - as he has more than hinted he does not want Background/FBI checks done - and not have the House's investigation into Gaetz case become public. He might even look at SA evidence (Gaetz & Hegseth) , Trafficking & drug use evidence as a Positive .

#2 - Testing the Loyalty of Republican Senators - Anyone NOT voting for or even Questioning his Candidates will see Tar & Feathers and they and their family better be ready to get drug thru the mud.
