Profound Sadness & Disappointment

 

  I'm off the news for while, maybe its now   maybe Apathy - resignation is setting in ,,,  but I have had enough of hearing any news about the Mango Mussolini....  I am more worried about this country today than ever... I won't be around to see  it - I hope - but my kids and grandchildren will be ....and we just taught the Children many lessons ...and  if you don't think they are paying attention - then YOU aren't paying attention 

- Mocking disabled people is cool

- Never Apologize

- Never admit you are Wrong

- Calling people names - cool

- Science Is just Stupid 

- Empathy is for losers

- Be afraid of anyone that is not White

- Cheating is acceptable

- Bullying people is good fun

- Stealing - especially from Charities - is OK

- Reading - A Waste of time

- Attacking Dead people - Just fine

- Distorting the truth to fit our lies is absolutely  normal behavior

- Always - Always blame others

- Always take credit when there is Credit due. 

And  - I am done with the RED HATs.   I can only hope  that our  greatest Fears are not recognized. That people did not just vote for their own Demise...  and I think what has disturbed me the most - after a few days to think about it - is that this is 100% exactly the Opposite of how I (at least  I think) have tried to live and the Values that I have tried to teach my children - Ok I was not the greatest parent but I did do a few things right... and Empathy, Equality, helping those less fortunate, obeying laws were all part of what I think my life has been - and now to understand that more than 1/2 the country does not agree with that is a bit devastating.  

1st - While NOT a Conspiracy theorist - How can 15 Million fewer people have voted in this election compared to 2020 ??   Plus  - There are Approx 262 Million people of voting age in this country - and 144 million decided to vote   - so 120+ million did not Vote ?? WTF ....  One of the actions that I may need to take is to leave the South and move back North - back to where  - ok it will be colder - it will also be to a Blue state that will be more supportive and align better with what I think.  I know here where I am - its very RED - the Politics of the area align better with the RED hats than with me..... and that at some point soon - it might mean a move out of here.... Hell - they guy 6 houses away from me  flies a Confederate Flag and under it - a version of an American Flag with the Orange Jesus riding a Velociraptor. 

That those mothers with Daughters and Granddaughters - voted to take away rights that these women have. What happens when  their Physicians in the RED states start asking women / children  of child bearing years about their cycles  and their travel plans - especially traveling to a Blue state ,...  and their Doctor denys prescribing them any Birth control or hospitals deny life saving medical treatment.   I hope its not my relatives or yours but it will be and has already been someone Wife/Daughter - go Google  "Candace Fails" . Reports yesterday of School age boys taunting girls with chants of "Your Body - My Choice" - who these young men are and who their parents are -  don't know but when you elect a Serial Abuser and Known Rapist - you get what you get ... and woman across the internet advising others to get a passport  and drivers lisc that the photos and names match, make a plan for Birth control and perhaps even think of moving to place where their rights will be protected... Here are a few sign that were carried at a Texas Rally - YESTERDAY  ! 

When that Nazi ,  Steven Miller is in charge of rounding up immigrants and we see them inhumanly treated in Camps set for deportation.  Parents deported while children are left behind or separated from one another - never to be found again - but hey Fuck them - they ain't Americans like us....  

When you realize that you Voted to cut your own Social Security and Medicare Benefits to make up for some of the Tax shortfalls that are going to happen when all these great Tax cuts are implemented haphazardly.   Can't  Happen ???  Check our HR 82 - that legislation that was intro'd in 2023 - was just moved - Laid on the Table as they say  in the House of Representatives

. And you realize that the Billionaires got their taxes reduced while you are actually paying more - The End to tax on TIPs  means Millionaires will start to define their Compensation as A Gratuity instead of a Salary so as to avoid income taxes.   NO - Can be - 

When you see what cozying up to dictators means in real life -  and watching NATO struggle to keep Putin at bay (after we have pulled out) - while he takes over Ukraines lands and starts in on other countries unchecked. Belarus - Poland, Estonia and Latvia are now in his crosshairs = but F them. Are they Americans - hell no -  Who cares.. 

When you see broadcast networks go off the air and Journalists that won't Toe the POTUS line barred from access to press events and even arrested . - and those that remain parrot one message - the Governments. 

When we have taught our children that - Being a bully is ok- making fun of a person with disability is cool.  Threatening people with violence is a winning strategy - that the Fear of Brown and Black people is the AMERICAN WAY - that anyone that does not look like us or think like us or love people like us - are the Enemy Within  and need to be swept away at all costs.

When the 1st opponent of the Government is arrested  and  Jailed for speaking out.  be that a senator , Congressman, Journalist, etc.,....  but F them - they aint real Americans.   

Do you think that it is normal  when you hear about Governors and Attorneys Generals in many so called Blues states  say that have been making plans to protect the rights of  citizens of those states from the Federal Government  - WHAT ?!?!?  ...  but hey are they REAL Americans - NAH - Fuck them.  

Is it Normal to see and hear other countries  Parliaments and Legislatures developing plans to deal with a Trump presidency  ... that places where we have our military stationed across the globe questioning the Safety of their  own country - when we have Nuke capable war ships and Missiles so close or in their countries that are in the Control of. a MADMAN - .   RE: Scotland, Finland, Australia, etc -  COme on that can't happen - ummm see WWII 

Companies are raising prices NOW in anticipation of having to pay the Tariffs that will be levied on goods they are importing -  and how ever you think Tariffs work - they are not paid by a Foreign Government ,  they are PAID by the person or importer that brings those goods into the Country. Right now most pay 2% or less - some even Zero Percent.   - How the hell  can the US tax other countries ?!?!?!?!   OH - the THEY -  are gonna move their operations from a Foreign country to the US -  Oh really- two of the biggest importers of Goods into the US are ...   you guessed it - Walmart and Target .... so - hold the phone..   you think that Walmart and Target are going to build factories in the US to produce the Goods that they  now import - you are a special kind of STUPID.

All track back to a handful of Supreme Court justices who’ve sold their votes to billionaires in exchange for extravagant vacations, luxury yachts and motorhomes, private jet travel, speaking fees, homes, tuition, and participation in exclusive clubs and billionaire networks that bar the rest of us from entry.

For over two decades, Clarence Thomas and his wife have been accepting millions in free luxury vacations, tuition for their adopted son, a home for his mother, private jet and megayacht travel, and entrance to rarified clubs.

Sam Alito is also on the gravy train, and there are questions about how Brett Kavanaugh managed to pay off his credit cards and gambling debts. John Roberts’ wife has made over $10 million from law firms with business before the court; Neil Gorsuch got a sweetheart real estate deal; Amy Coney Barrett refuses to recuse herself from cases involving her father’s oil company.

None of this is illegal because when five corrupt Republicans on the Court legalized members of Congress taking bribes they legalized that same behavior for themselves.

As a result, we have oligarchs running our media, social media, and buying our elections, while the Supreme Court, with Citizens United, even legalized foreign interference in our political process.

 Why is Trump and his campaign continuing to take about Crazy Shit...?? 

SO - Ranging from the Size of Arnold Palmer's genitalia - to Murdering Liz Cheney, to driving around in a Garbage truck , to Making statements about Eating Dogs, and Cats, to attacking the Guy HE hired (only the best people) as National Security Advisor, to a Nazi Like Rally at MSG , a Speaker at the Rally calling  Puerto Rico A Floating island of Garbage, Another said that America is for AMERICANS only - and he has continued to talk Mass Deportation without having a clue what that means to us... And every kind of Insult at everyone that does not agree with him , and then before any results are known - questioning the Integrity of Our elections where it will only be Far election if HE WINS - there was a serious discussion this week about Law suits being started in several states whe he might lose and then question the results  , that voter intimidation now and on Election day, and Disenfranchising voter in those Battleground states , this Strategy to WIN at the cost of Our Democracy our Constitution,  This is -still- The united States of America and this is the  talk with just days to go before the Election 

We should ask WHY. ?? Why continue this dump of absolute Sewage from his mouth,  ??  Why  ??   

#1) by continuing to spew hatred and division, and talk about crazy shit - NO ONE can ask him what his exact plans are - What his plans are to enact those policies ??  Even the softball interviews he does with the Ass-wipes at FOX entertainment - they will never ask him - and when he spews his BS - they lick it up like the GOspel from the Mount, and  even they try to lead him back to sanity, which does not happen. SO there is no discussion of POLICY - 

2)  - Because his Full Goose Bozo Maga Nut Jobs - eat it up - they believe what HE believes - What he Tells them to believe  -  they think like he thinks....  and he is preparing them for a Violet (if needed ) overthrow of this election - to make Jan 6 look like an amatur show - YOU MAGAS ready for that ?? .  

#3) Aside from it puking out of his mouth he has a no plans for anything. NOTHING,,, Has no idea how to do any of the things he says, nor does he know what the down stream affects will be of the shit that comes out of his mouth. Tariffs - NO CLUE , Health Care - Repeal of the affordable Care act - NO clue and even after near 8 years of saying he has a better plan - he admitted he only has a "concept" of a plan, Mass Deportation. - NO Idea how to do it or the affect on Americans, immigrant Families, or what it would cost ,   Pulling out NATO and the Paris Climate Accord - NO clue - NONE !
